JOB SCOPE Skop Kerja 1.OEM Products Development /Revamp(Export/Local). Pembangunan Produk OEM / Revamp (Eksport / Tempatan). 2.Responsible for coordination with customer,supplier,purchasing and designer for the OEM product design, product specification,product registration ( NOT Registration),online print, forecast of order and delivery. Bertanggungjawab untuk koordinasi dengan pelanggan, pembekal, pembelian dan desainer untuk Reka bentuk produk OEM, spesifikasi produk, pendaftaran produk (BUKAN PERNIAGAAN), cetak dalam talian, ramalan pesanan dan penghantaran. 3.New Product Development. Pembangunan Produk Baru 4.Export – Responsible in document preparation. Eksport - Bertanggungjawab dalam penyediaan dokumen 5.Quotation proforma Invoice, shipment document, certificate of origin (ATIGA Form D / MICECA/COO), certificate of free sales by MATRADE and National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs (NPRA) and other related document require. Proforma Sebut Harga Invois, dokumen penghantaran, sijil asal (ATIGA Borang D / MICECA / COO), sijil jualan percuma oleh MATRADE dan Hal Ehwal Pengawalseliaan Farmaseutikal Kebangsaan (NPRA) dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan. . 6.Responsible for coordination with customer for forecast of order, shipment arrangement and payment collection.. Bertanggungjawab untuk koordinasi dengan pelanggan untuk ramalan pesanan, perkiraan penghantaran dan pengumpulan pembayaran 3.7. Liaise with local OEM and export customer for quality issue, which coordinate for customer onsite inspection and complaint. Berhubung dengan OEM tempatan dan pelanggan eksport untuk isu kualiti, yang menyelaras pemeriksaan di kawasan dan aduan pelanggan. 8.Monitor and liaise local OEM and export customer order with production for the delivery. Memantau dan berhubung dengan pesanan OEM tempatan and pelanggan export dengan pihak pengeluaran untuk penghantaran. 9.Coordinate for customer onsite inspection. Menyelaras untuk pemeriksaan di tapak. 10.Coordinate for customer complaint. Menyelaras aduan pelanggan |
